Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 September 2026
This policy explains what personal data UniEAM collects through https://unieam.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are an EU-hosted service and process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
We collect personal data only when you actively submit it to us, specifically:
- Demo requests— work email, name, company, and the asset type you select, when you submit the “Book your conversation” form.
- Guide downloads — your email address, when you request a downloadable guide.
- Portal sign-in — your email address, used solely to send you a one-time sign-in link.
- Technical metadata — the referring page and browser user-agent string attached to form submissions, used only to understand which pages drive interest and to debug delivery issues.
- Locale preference— a first-party cookie that remembers whether you’ve chosen English or Danish, so we don’t have to ask again on your next visit.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers or sell personal data.
Why we collect it
We use the data above to respond to your demo request, deliver content you’ve asked for, authenticate you into the customer portal, and understand aggregate site usage so we can improve it. We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
Who processes it
Your data is processed by a small number of vetted sub-processors, each acting under a data processing agreement:
- Supabase — database and authentication (EU region).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — application hosting.
How long we keep it
We retain lead and demo-request data for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a customer, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required by law. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@unieam.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
